Pets

Small dog maybe accepted at the resorts premises, Strictly One Small Dog per room only. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets.

 Cleaning fee charge of Php 1000 for checked in pets.

No pets allowed in the swimming pool

Rooms

Deluxe & Standard Family room occupants will provide their own cooking utensils.

Maximum 2 extra head per room. P1200/head for extra person charge applies

NO outside food allowed (except on Deluxe & Standard Family Rooms)

If the resort is NOT RENTED EXCLUSIVELY

Videoke machine is not allowed

Loud music is not allowed

Silence is observed at 11 pm onwards

Guest Behavior

Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests and the smooth running of the Resort, or cause offence to other guests or our members of our staff.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the resort If in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached.

Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

General Reminders

Last call for food is 10 pm·

Surrender the key upon check out.·

No flammable materials allowed inside the rooms.·

Smoke only on designated areas-Cleaning Fee Charge for rooms that is occupied by a smoker Php 2,500

Intoxicated guests will have to swim at their own risk

Swimming at the beach is discouraged 6 pm onwards·

Children should be accompanied by an adult while swimming at all times.·

Capones Vista will not be liable to any loss or injuries inside the resorts premises

Cancellation Policy

For Individual Guests 

Cancellation within 72 hours will be charged 25% of the total amount of reservation. 

Cancellation 24 hours before the date of reservation deposit will be FORFEITED.

Deposit is non-refundable but re-bookable within six (6) months from the date of reservation.

For Company Outing/Exclusivity 

50% of of your total amount will be charged if you do not notify us about any changes by 10 to 15 days before your scheduled arrival.

No Show- Your deposit will be forfeited in case of no show

Deposit is non-refundable but re-bookable within One (1) year from the date of reservation.

HOLY WEEK & OTHER SIGNIFICANT HOLIDAYS - Cancellation Policy for significant holidays may vary from the regular days.
